Shipping & Returns

Thank- you for visiting MR3 we hope your experience shopping with us is an AMAZING one.

This policy outlines MR3’s delivery, exchange and return policy. Please note that MR3 do not offer Refunds, but MR3 does offer Exchanges or Store Credits (not including shipping costs). By processing your payment with MR3, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding shipping and returns of your purchase.

 

1. Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact us via our Contact Us page.

If you require a different size, colour or would like to exchange for a different item, you will need to place a new order in the event we don’t have your preferred size or colour in stock, we will provide you with a store credit (via email, minus shipping costs) within 5 days of receiving the original item/s, providing your return meets all of our return policy guidelines.

MR3 accepts returns within 14 days of date purchase (within Australia). Please note MR3 does NOT cover return or re-issuing shipping costs, this is the responsibility of the customer. There is a restock fee of $8.00 on all returns. All returned item/s must be sent back in original, unworn condition. This includes packaging, tags, completed packing slip and proof of postage at the time of posting return item/s. MR3 are not responsible for orders that are lost, damaged or incorrectly addressed when being returned. We suggest sending back with a tracking number.

MR3 reserves the right to deny an exchange or store credit if item/s are returned used, worn or damaged in anyway this includes makeup, perfume, deodorant etc.

All online returns must be sent to the following address with the copy of the completed Returns Form (on back of packing slip) including the reasoning for the return.

2. FAULTS

Our amazing team at MR3 check all stock before shipping out. However, in the event you find any manufacturer faults or damages with a product that has been shipped to you, please contact us via our Contact Us page within 24 hours of receiving your order, with an image of the fault and if deemed to be a manufacturing fault we will replace the item or issue a store credit. General wear and tear is NOT a manufacturing fault and will NOT be accepted.

CARE OF GARMENTS

It is advised before washing any clothing, that you follow the washing instructions. Washing incorrectly is NOT a manufacturing fault and will NOT be accepted. MR3 prides itself on having great quality products and if a product is to be found faulty after inspection, MR3 will process your exchange or will issue a store credit.

If you receive an incorrect product MR3 will amend your order. Please email us via our Contact Us page with any concerns and we will send you further information.

When returning the incorrect or faulty item, please ensure due care is taken to return the item to MR3 in its original condition. All returned goods must not have been worn and still in their original condition, with tags attached.

 

3. FREE SHIPPING,

MR3 offers free standard shipping on all orders in Australia. Free Shipping is valid for each single transaction, this does not include Exchanges or store credits. It does not apply to re-issuing of orders. Orders that receive FREE SHIPPING are sent regular post. Once your order has been processed please allow 3-5 business days Australia wide to receive your order.*

*This is a guide only. Estimated delivery times do not account for potential delays with Australia Post due to conditions outside of MR3’s control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING,

MR3 has a flat rate for international shipping for orders that are sent via standard post at a rate of $20.00. For Express international shipping there is a flat rate of $30.00. There is free international on orders over $200. 

Once your order has been processed via standard international post, please allow 10-14 business days to receive your order.

Please note that payable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

DISPATCH,

Every effort is made to dispatch orders within 24-48 hours from the date when the order was placed (with exception to weekends and public holidays). All orders are sent via Australia Post prior to 3pm AEST on business days.

SHIPPING TIMES AND TRACKING,

All orders are sent via Australia Post. If you would like more information on the location of your order during shipping, we advise to follow up with Australia Post. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

INCORRECT ADDRESS,

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct address for your order. If the wrong address is provided, we advise notifying us as soon as possible, via our Contact Us page. In the event the order has already been shipped, MR3 are not liable, unfortunately we will not refund your purchase or replace the order.

ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE,

Australia Post online tools can be used to track your order. It is advised that customers track their order with the tracking number MR3 provides when you place your order. MR3 is not responsible for the fault of delivery made by Australia Post. Please let us know, however, we are not able to refund in these circumstances.

IMAGERY AND COLOURS,

Because MR3 ONLY sells amazing products there is no need to photo shop our images, we do everything in our power to make sure we get our images clear and detailed so you can see what we have to offer. MR3 cannot be liable for changes in colour perception due to screen settings on each individuals computers/devices when shopping with MR3.
